I've been busy behind the scenes, working on some big changes for 2027. You know, those big, career shaping decisions. It's related to B Corps. I'll have more to share on that soon :)
I'm ready to announce the first thing I have been working on: Impact Peers, a peer support group for founders, CEOs, and other leaders of impact-oriented or mission-driven organizations.
The purpose is to help leaders feel less alone, get thought partnership on current challenges, and pursue business goals from a values and purpose-driven perspective.
I co-created the first version in 2024 and am relaunching it for 2027 with Jason Wiener (Founding Partner at CurrentShift Legal) and Joe Montoya (President at Aurum Home Technology) as founding members.
Members bring challenges such as managing and developing teams, building partnerships, balancing time and capacity, making growth decisions, decisions about the future of the organization, and much more.
